These Terms of Service set general conditions for using the Couto Studio website and requesting information, proposals and services.
Requests and Proposals
Submitting a form, briefing or message does not create an automatic engagement. Commercial proposals, timelines, fees, scope, deliverables and payment conditions will be defined in a specific document, message or contract accepted by the parties.
Creative and Digital Services
Services may include branding, visual identity, graphic design, social media, websites, automations, print materials and related deliverables. The valid scope is the one approved in the corresponding proposal or contract.
Client-Submitted Content
The client is responsible for the truthfulness, usage authorization and rights over texts, images, brands, files, references and other materials submitted for service execution.
Timelines, Approvals and Changes
Schedules depend on information, feedback and approvals being provided within agreed deadlines. Changes outside the approved scope may require new timelines and costs.
Intellectual Property
Materials created by Couto Studio remain protected by copyright. Assignment or license of use to the client occurs according to approved commercial conditions and after payment obligations are fulfilled, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
Portfolio
Unless previously restricted by agreement, Couto Studio may present developed projects in its portfolio, social channels, proposals and institutional materials, respecting confidential information.
Liability Limitation
Couto Studio seeks to keep the website available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for downtime, indirect losses or improper use of published information.
